Refund Policy

Returns
  • You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Some items (e.g., earrings, underwear) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Exchanges
  • We offer exchanges for size or colour if stock is available. Contact us to arrange.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
